Screenplay
So, I wrote a screenplay last year. I’ve been tweaking it ever since. I finally registered it with the WGA-West. (Remember them?!) Brent and I really would LOVE to produce this on our own. We have an incredible animator lined up (Brent designed his website btw)… But, we all need to eat along the way, right? So we haven’t been able to jump in with both feet on this thing yet. What to do? What to do? If you have any thoughts, ideas, hopes, or dream-killers go ahead and send them my way!

I’ve been reading poetry to my 3 month old out of a book called, Best-Loved Poems of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. We’ve been reading out of the “First Poems” section which includes marvelous poetry for children by authors such as Edward Lear, Basho, Edgar Allan Poe, Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, as well as passages from the Bible. Although my daughter has no idea what I’m talking about, I’ve found that she’ll give me a few precious moments of her attention as I read to her. I’ve heard that even babies this young love to be read to, and it helps them learn the cadence of language. Hey wait! My child’s name is Cadence. Oh yes, that was intentional.
