Cognitive Autoheuristic Distributed Intelligence Entity (CADIE)

by Michelle on April 1, 2009

So, I’m going to attempt the NaBloPoMo challenge again. That’s right, a meaningful blog post every day in April. This month’s theme is growing (up), and I couldn’t resist! (read more…)

This morning, Brent and I woke up to the realization that Google had done a pretty extensive April Fool’s joke and they just happened to calle it CADIE – that’s right, the name of our daughter. We even had Matt Cutts of Google “follow” our daughter’s Twitter account. Someone from Google asked what Cadie wanted to be when she grew up. We responded as their “Cognitive Autoheuristic Distributed Intelligence Entity.” A Panda Candy Bar that creates the internets on other planets, of course! Geeky, I know. But funny and fun nonetheless. Their “entity” supposedly loves Pandas. Here’s the website they came up with: http://cadiesingularity.blogspot.com/.

Anyway, I hope you had a nice April Fool’s Day! It’s so beautiful outside here in Phoenix, it’s easy to be a little crazy! So get crazy!! (And wish me luck in this blogging endeavor…)

I just stopped over from NaBloPoMo since I saw you were attempting what I’m attempting. 30days/30 entries!
I’m not sure what came over me since I’m usually far from predicatable. But, we can do this!
Google did that? Wow, Maybe I’m alittle confused, but do you get that website as well? No jokes were played on me today, which, I’m ok with~~
I wish you luck and good times with your 30 day adventure.

Hooray Rebecca! Yes we CAN do this. I think that Google/Panda website is supposed to be a joke, like the computer came to life & favorite thing is pandas or something strange like that!

Best of luck to you!
